My story
I believe that all experiences, good or bad, are beneficial and inspire personal growth.
Despite my strong preference for the creative arts, I spent my undergrad studying computer science, and I graduated with a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology in May 2019.

In July 2019, I started at Microsoft as a Technical Consultant, working with enterprise customers to help them deploy devices in their environments. After being in a customer-facing role, I transitioned to technical writing for Microsoft Teams administrators, focusing on apps and policies. This is also when I started my journey into content design and got my MS in Learning Design and Technology.

Now, as a Content Designer, I collaborate with Program Managers, UX Designers, Support Engineers, and other Content Designers to create quality UX content that is clear and understandable. I use customer research and leverage content patterns and guidelines to craft content experiences for Microsoft 365 technologies.

Outside of work, I'm in an anthology writing group and I self-publish my own science fiction and fantasy books. I've released two novels and seven short stories in anthologies so far, and I have many more stories to come!
